This idea has been around for more than a year, finally Dorji Sherpa (Sky Memorial Foundation) and Ganesh Magar took the initiative and made it happen. So on February 2nd about 70 people gathered for the first meeting of a club that will provide a platform for disabled people, to meet and connect. It was a great afternoon, with speeches, touching stories, visions, music and dance performances.
This was just the start. In the future we plan to have a gathering every other month.
