This year for the first time we organized our own celebration on the International disabled Day. It was a huge success! A lot of people came to help celebrate this day with us, including some of the local poletians. As always there were some speeches given and we enjoyed delicious food together. Former EPSA girl Krishnamaya came to give a dance performance. However the highlight of the day was our own Drama performance. The play was written by Sanchala Niraula and showed the difficulties that disabled people are facing in this country. As it turned out some EPSA women are very talented actresses. Many people were moved by the Drama, but not only that. It actually caused the pollitical leaders of this area to finally move forward with the pavement of the road towards EPSA. Something that we have been demanding for a very long time.
