About Us
EPSA-Nepal (Entire Power in Social Action-Nepal) is a non-governmental organization founded in 2009 and registered with Nepal’s Social Welfare Council in September 2010 by Founder and Director Ms. Sangita Pant
In Nepal, the standard living conditions for physically challenged and disabled individuals can be extremely poor and challenging, especially for women. Traditional conservative culture and a male-dominated society, combined with a lack of education, knowledge, awareness, and technology, often result in severe neglect of people with disabilities by their own families and communities. These individuals face double discrimination: first for being poor, and second for being disabled. This harsh reality underscores the importance of our project, which is dedicated to improving the lives of disabled individuals living in poverty and marginalized communities.
Mission
EPSA Nepal is dedicated to empowering persons with disabilities in Kathmandu by providing them with vocational training, employment, housing, and medical support to allow them to live an independent and dignified life.
Vision
EPSA envisions a future where persons with disabilities in both urban and rural areas have access to opportunities. We strive for a society free from discrimination, where individuals with disabilities are empowered to contribute to their communities and live with dignity and self-reliance.
